As a dedicated Growth Designer at the SaaS company, Enthuse, I have played a key role in improving conversion rates and user engagement across the marketing website, as well as customer, prospect, and automated behavioural emails. My role involves conducting competitor analysis and researching best practices, in conjunction with collecting data from A/B tests, website analytics, and heatmaps to gather valuable insights which are used to optimise landing pages and bolster lead generation. These insights have enabled my team to make data-driven decisions that are empathetic to the target audience, and which have consistently produced tangible results.
I’ve also had the opportunity to lead projects, working with stakeholders across the business to refresh our brand identity to more accurately reflect our confident position in the digital fundraising market. Collaborating with our development team, I was able to implement highly polished designs across our site in an agile and dynamic way, using Figma to create mockups and high-fidelity prototypes. I’ve also developed and expanded our design system, making it even more versatile and adaptable to our evolving needs; streamlining our processes and making us more efficient.
